Paulsen is a simple rural residence that incorporates insulated precast concrete wall panels on the lower level. A workshop with a one-ton beam mounted hoist is placed at the front of the structure. The metal roof and upper level cladding, in combination with the concrete, provide a low maintenance long lasting home that will easily survive anything a Canadian winter throws at it.
